The Creative Production Manager will be a key member of Fat Earth’s Brand & Design team to ensure Fat Earth is generating best-in-class, insight-driven, ROI-focused creative. We're looking for someone who can lead with creativity and innovation.

    Responsibilities

  • Lead creative outputs -- Manage a team of designers to ensure high-performing creative outputs drive growth results and support brand messaging
  • Create from data -- Develop thoughtful creative briefs for our in-house design team from monthly performance reports in partnership with Growth Managers
  • Assess inbound creative briefs -- Provide thoughtful assessments of creative requests and briefs from Clients to ensure business and creative resources are communicating effectively and goals are aligned
  • Create "thumb-stopping" results -- Ensure a Creative approval process is integrated into the team to achieve optimal results, while remaining on brand

    Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in managing creative production.
  • Specific experience in creating winning content for paid social media ads and email marketing.

The Digital Producer will be a key member of the Web Development and CRO team, managing projects delivered by an international web development team to produce high quality work at pace. We’re looking for someone who is organized, has incredible communication skills, and unique ability to triage and execute a high volume of competing priorities.

    Responsibilities

  • Project manage all aspects of our website design, development, and CRO projects
  • Provide cost estimates and quotes and ensure projects are delivered on time and within defined budgets
  • Communicate project status with clients on an ongoing basis, establishing clear timelines and expectations
  • Interface with development team to share client feedback
  • Oversee the production of digital media with a focus on website development, occasionally including photography and video production
  • Coordinate with our internal Growth Managers to guarantee the workflow, documentation, and design standards are upheld
  • Prepare accurate status reports as needed
  • Identify any issues and resolve them in a timely manner

The Facebook Ad Buyer will be a key member of Fat Earth’s Paid Social team, building and deploying high-performing marketing campaigns via Facebook. We’re looking for someone analytical and methodical, who’s excited about the DTC e-commerce space, and has a keen eye for what makes engaging, click-worthy paid ads. The Facebook Ad Buyer will be an ad buying expert with an ability to stay organized while running ad campaigns across multiple clients.

    Responsibilities

  • Work with Growth Marketing Managers and Senior Strategists to develop and implement actionable Facebook strategies
  • Create ad campaigns using provided guidance and client-supplied creative assets
  • Analyze and optimize media spending around client needs, focusing on data-driven tactics
  • Facebook Pixel implementation and QA to ensure proper campaign tracking and accurate reporting
  • Assist in the production of weekly or bi-weekly reports for our client account updates, recommendations and results

We’re looking for someone creative, who’s excited about the DTC e-commerce space, and has a keen eye for what makes engaging, highly-converting emails.

    Responsibilities

  • Create emails using provided guidance and client-supplied creative assets
  • Work with Email Marketing Manager to develop fully-customized email designs
  • Ideate new email concepts and campaigns and provide design recommendations to internal teams and clients
  • Assist in QA process with other email designers
  • Building all designs directly into the required email DSP, typically Klaviyo
  • Some copywriting duties may be included

  • Create static, GIF, and motion graphic ads using provided guidance and client-supplied creative assets
  • Work with Growth Marketing Managers and the Creative Manager to develop creative assets for paid media channels
  • Ideate new ad concepts and provide creative recommendations

We're looking for a world-class Growth Marketing Manager to drive cross-channel growth for our clients as part of our Performance Marketing team. You should be familiar with direct-to-consumer business models and confident in your ability to grow e-comm businesses using channels like Facebook, Instagram, Adwords, TikTok and Email. You'll be running client meetings, working with campaign managers and designers, and running campaigns to help our clients scale their businesses at pace. You'll be responsible for understanding client requirements, developing strategies, and managing execution throughout the engagement while working daily with clients and Fat Earth leadership.

The Google Adwords Specialist will be a key member of the Fat Earth’s Campaign team, responsible for driving growth for our direct-to-consumer clients. You should be familiar with direct-to-consumer business models and confident in your ability to grow e-comm businesses using advanced Google Adwords strategies.

    Responsibilities

  • Manage a varied client portfolio of media campaigns across the full suite of Google Advertising strategies (Search, Display, YouTube etc…) and other SEM channels.
  • Conduct in-depth account audits to determine wins and challenges for our clients, and use critical thinking to develop strategy recommendations for improving performance.
  • Present weekly performance reports, results, and recommendations to clients as well as cross functional teams and executives.
  • Build and manage campaigns in Google Display, Search, and YouTube
  • Work with internal developers to audit and perform technical QA of all conversion tracking events.
  • Perform in-depth keyword research for a variety of clients in different industries.
  • Perform daily account optimizations to ensure success and efficiency, including: negative keywords, search queries, bid and budget optimizations, creative optimizations and recommendations.
  • Perform Google Merchant Center and product feed audits, make recommendations for improvement, and execute on those recommendations
  • Work with Growth Manager to refine and update strategies
